Sephora Flagship Senior Store Manager

- Lead and manage a team of over 40 employees, including Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers, in Sephora's flagship Melbourne Central store.
- Drive a selling culture to achieve key performance indicators and embody Sephora's values.
- Enhance team performance and support talent development through coaching and mentoring.
- Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
- Foster a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a positive store culture that values recognition, career development, and employee success.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance and attract top talent.
- Previous retail management experience in a big box or multi-site environment.
- Passion for client service and experiential retail.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
