1. Lead and manage a team of over 40 employees, including Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers, in Sephora's flagship Melbourne Central store.
2. Drive a selling culture to achieve key performance indicators and embody Sephora's values.
3. Enhance team performance and support talent development through coaching and mentoring.
4. Utilize data analytics to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the district manager and director of stores.
5. Foster a continuous improvement mentality and energize the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
6. Oversee day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising.
7. Develop and implement sales and budget strategies to maximize profitability.
8. Maintain a positive store culture that values recognition, career development, and employee success.
9. Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive business performance and attract top talent.

1. Previous retail management experience in a big box or multi-site environment.
2. Passion for client service and experiential retail.
