1. Support the allocation process for capital expenditures.
2. Assist in maintaining budgets and internal orders for capital expenditure requests.
3. Prepare journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
4. Support business planning and analysis related to fixed assets.
5. Collaborate with the Purchasing team to update purchase order master data and approval workflows.
6. Help clear aged goods receipt/invoice receipt records.
7. Maintain the master fixed asset register and asset location information.
8. Assist in maintaining various fixed asset trackers.

1. 3-5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of US GAAP. IFRS knowledge is desirable.
2. 2+ years of experience in fixed asset management.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with intermediate formulas such as VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within finance and other business units.
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency with SAP/S4 Hana and/or Coupa procurement systems preferred.
6. Ability to work cross-functionally within a company.
7. Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and work with limited direction.
8. Effective organization and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.

3-5 years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in fixed asset management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00. Individuals in this position may also be eligible for bonuses.
