1. Lead the financial planning and controlling department, coordinating a team of four.
2. Oversee financial performance across the Middle East region, encompassing six retail countries and seven legal entities.
3. Manage and enhance key financial planning processes.
4. Lead the development of annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with retail managers and department heads.
5. Assist in the preparation of market-level business reviews.
6. Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales and financial reports, including KPIs, and provide insightful variance analysis.
7. Investigate budget overspends and deviations, recommending corrective actions.
8. Conduct gross margin and stock depreciation analysis, offering optimization strategies.
9. Analyze market performance to identify improvement opportunities.
10. Coach and mentor finance team members.
11. Lead financial projects as required.
12. Optimize existing financial processes and tools to support business development.
13. Coordinate the pricing process.
14. Develop financial models and prepare, submit, and assess capital investments.

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration

1. Strong analytical and finance skills
2. Proven experience as a successful team leader
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Ability to influence at various organizational levels
5. Dynamic, agile, proactive, and a problem solver
6. Fluent in English; French is a plus
7. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
8. Expert knowledge of SAP and Power BI is a plus

Over 10 years as a finance leader in multinational and large-scale companies, with a preference for experience in the retail industry.

Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
