1. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, drivers, and metrics to guide business decision-making.
2. Utilize financial systems such as Anaplan and SAP, along with Excel, to create financial reports and models.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare for annual operating plan discussions with leadership.
4. Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the Finance team.
5. Present recommendations to Finance leadership throughout the internship.
6. Network with industry leaders and peers, attending meetings with top company executives.

1. Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with an undergraduate or graduate degree.
2. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
3. Open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions.
4. Available for a 1-week on-site office experience in San Francisco, CA.

1. 3+ years of undergraduate coursework in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Understanding of the Income Statement and financial concepts.
3. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

No specific prior experience required, but understanding of financial concepts through coursework or prior experiences is necessary.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, with actual pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Interns will benefit from hands-on learning, networking opportunities, and exposure to cross-functional teams. Participation in the internship program is a prerequisite for consideration for the LEAP rotational program, which offers further career development opportunities.
