Sephora Financial Controller

- Lead the monthly closing process in coordination with local finance teams and CFOs, including monthly landing analysis and P&L variance commentary.
- Monitor and analyze daily and weekly sales trends, covering key indicators such as sales performance and margins.
- Oversee regional CAPEX and project tracking, ensuring thorough post-opening P&L reviews.
- Contribute to monthly management presentations and support ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Maintain strong communication between local markets and the regional office.
- Coordinate forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines and country-level targets.
- Assist local finance teams with ongoing projects and system implementations.
- Master’s degree in business or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
Minimum of 3-5 years in management control, finance, or audit, with a keen interest in retail, particularly in the cosmetics sector.
