1. Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and CRM teams to drive financial oversight of commercial animation plans and marketing investments.
2. Ensure profitability of operations, optimize budget allocations, and provide precise performance tracking to support decision-making.
3. Manage budgetary oversight, business performance analysis, and co-lead strategic committees.
4. Support the Marketing Director in monitoring and managing marketing expenditures.
5. Participate in the budget construction for Marketing envelopes in collaboration with operational teams.
6. Conduct monthly financial closures for areas such as Merchandising, CRM, and Media, and provide reports to business partners.
7. Evaluate the profitability of marketing investments, especially during major events, using a ROI-focused approach.
8. Develop the commercial plan with CRM, Offer, and RGM teams, and suggest discount optimizations.
9. Serve as the reference for additional commercial operation projections in terms of revenue, discount, and margin.
10. Perform weekly analyses of CRM animation periods on key business and commercial performance indicators.
11. Monitor and analyze the performance of the new loyalty program, including status performance, forecasting, reward management, and profitability analysis versus the Business Plan.
12. Co-lead the Margin Committee, highlighting discount allocation per commercial operation and its impact on margin.
13. Animate the Commercial Plan Committee with the RGM Director, reviewing performances, challenging upcoming operations, and ensuring discount envelopes align with the budget.
14. Provide analytical and strategic insights during committees and decision-making bodies, supporting the Finance Director, Marketing Director, and Offer Director.

1. Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control from a business school.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control, ideally in a retail or operational marketing environment.

4. Ability to influence and challenge constructively.
5. Strong accounting foundation and financial understanding.
6. Proficiency with SAP and data analytics tools is advantageous.
7. Knowledge of SQL is highly appreciated.

Minimum of 5 years in management control, preferably in retail or operational marketing.

Master's degree in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
