Sephora Financial Controller

1. Lead day-to-day business in financial controlling.
2. Serve as a strategic partner to the Finance Director and collaborate with internal departments and the European Headquarters.
3. Manage full P&L for retail and web business, focusing on revenue and cost control.
4. Assist in planning and monitoring the annual budget, conducting reviews, and executing financial planning and ad-hoc simulations.
5. Prepare regular forecasts and weekly/monthly reports.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and assist in their execution.

1. Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the retail sector.
3. Proficient knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS guidelines.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Experience with SAP.
3. Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial controlling, preferably in the retail industry.

Degree in business administration with a focus on finance and controlling.
