Sephora Financial Controller

- Compute and analyze sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Perform CAPEX analysis, including budget tracking, payback, and return on investment assessments.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and related revisions.
- Conduct various tests to ensure high accuracy in accounting records.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the group controlling department in accordance with IFRS, including sales reports, balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and CAPEX.
- Identify and explain budget variances.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for statutory and group audits.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial controlling position.
- Previous experience in accounting is essential.
- Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Excel at a high level.
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Exposure to multicultural environments.
A minimum of three years in financial controlling, with a background in accounting and retail being advantageous.
