1. Compute and analyze sales and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Review costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
3. Perform CAPEX analysis, including budget tracking, payback, and return on investment assessments.
4. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and related revisions.
5. Conduct various tests to ensure high accuracy in accounting records.
6. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the group controlling department in accordance with IFRS, including sales reports, balance sheets, P&L, cash flow, and CAPEX.
7. Identify and explain budget variances.
8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.
9. Liaise with internal and external auditors for statutory and group audits.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial controlling position.
2. Previous experience in accounting is essential.
3. Experience in the retail sector is advantageous.
4. Advanced proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel at a high level.
2. Experience with ERP systems, SAP is preferred.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Exposure to multicultural environments.

A minimum of three years in financial controlling, with a background in accounting and retail being advantageous.
