1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting on sales, margins, and commercial KPIs for Sephora Europe across 14 countries.
2. Support the finance team in monthly closures, including preparation of working files, variance analysis, and business presentations.
3. Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by gathering country data, analyzing discrepancies, and providing commentary.
4. Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support local teams and management, including product margin analysis, CAPEX expenditures, and store performance evaluations.

1. Enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school program (Bac+5 equivalent).
2. Strong interest in the retail and/or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English, with a strong ability to work in an international environment.

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

No specific experience required, but a background in finance or related fields is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
