1. Conduct KPI, margin, and sales reporting, along with comprehensive eCommerce analysis and support.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide commercial advice and support, contributing to senior management decision-making.
3. Monitor and forecast ongoing financial performance, delivering accurate and timely analysis on retail and eCommerce sales, including traffic and average basket size metrics.
4. Provide commercial insights for the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
5. Independently analyze information, resolve sales/commercial challenges, and make recommendations to the business.
6. Analyze existing business systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
7. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, focusing on sales, margin, and shop profit.
8. Manage eCommerce P&L with an emphasis on sales, logistics, and marketing.
9. Analyze marketing performance and customer data.
10. Manage local and regional KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.

1. 4+ years of business analysis experience
2. Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or business

1. Advanced Excel skills, including report building and data manipulation
2. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
3. Logical problem-solving approach with creative thinking
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills
5. Experience with SAP and Big Query is desirable
6. Supply Chain/Logistics experience is highly advantageous
7. Experience in customer database management

A minimum of 4 years in business analysis, preferably within the retail industry. Experience with ex Big 4 firms is a plus.

Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, or business are required.
