1. Conduct monthly variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Refine forecast models to enhance accuracy.
3. Maintain key financial reporting deliverables.
4. Support the Senior Finance Manager in managing monthly close, budget, and forecast for operating expenses.
5. Attend monthly close meetings and assist with booking accruals.
6. Reconcile budget and forecast variances to actual results and prepare variance reports.
7. Collaborate with Finance and Departmental business partners to manage finance activities effectively.
8. Monitor and review expense trends, communicating any issues or risks.
9. Prepare materials for monthly expense reviews with business partners.
10. Identify and recommend process improvements.
11. Perform ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making.

1. 2+ years of related business experience, particularly in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.
2. Intermediate knowledge of accounting principles.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excel financial modeling skills and familiarity with financial systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
3. Strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to interpret and synthesize data into business decisions.
6. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
7. Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience, ideally with a focus on financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,790.00 - $111,530.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
