1. Facilitate compliance with the indirect purchasing policy across various countries.
2. Coordinate and ensure the completion of necessary documentation as per policy guidelines.
3. Review bidding documentation prepared by business teams prior to internal validation.
4. Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill requirements for third-party due diligence audits.
5. Utilize and update purchasing tools, including Spend, Saving, and Compliance, regularly.
6. Assess the feasibility of a new bidding tool to be tested in the Middle East.
7. Prepare monthly trackers and reports to monitor purchasing activities.

1. Graduate from a recognized university, preferably in Business Administration or with a certification in Supply Chain/Procurement.

1. Proactive work approach with a willingness to take initiatives.
2. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
3. Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Suite tools.
5. Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Open to fresh graduates.

Graduate from a recognized university, preferably in Business Administration or with a certification in Supply Chain/Procurement.
