1. Consolidate and report financial data for Sephora North America during key financial periods, including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting.
2. Produce month-end close analysis and manage mid-month internal forecasts.
3. Develop content related to full-year budget and forecasting cycles.
4. Own and manage the Finance calendar.
5. Conduct monthly P&L reporting and frequent ad hoc analyses.
6. Establish effective working relationships with business partners across Canada and the U.S.
7. Foster continuous improvement and storytelling through quantitative analysis.

1. 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis.
2. Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.
3. Intermediate accounting knowledge.

1. Superior Excel financial modeling skills.
2. Proficiency in Financial Systems, SAP, and Anaplan.
3. Strong organizational and task management skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent data interpretation skills.

A minimum of 5 years in Business Analytics or Financial Planning & Analysis, with proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
