Sephora Finance Manager

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the accounting process for technical elements of the P&L and balance sheet, maintaining robust financial controls.
- Collaborate with Operations and Retail teams to manage inventory and shrinkage risks, and with Demand Planning to optimize cash flow.
- Analyze variances in financial performance to support strategic decision-making and communication with senior management.
- Contribute to the annual audit, preparing financial statements in compliance with UK accounting standards and IFRS.
- Stay informed of technical developments in financial accounting and manage the adoption of changes impacting financial performance.
- Champion internal controls, ensuring regular reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in line with internal audit standards.
- Address actions from Internal Audit promptly and effectively in areas of accountability.
- Build strong relationships with peers in the EME finance team, balancing UK business interests with central and global finance requirements.
- ACA or CIMA qualified with experience in IFRS.
- Minimum of 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a financial role.
- Advanced expertise in Excel, including interactive features and macros.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably with audit experience and exposure to the retail or e-commerce industry.
ACA or CIMA qualification.
