Sephora Finance Intern

1. Document existing processes within the Expense Payable and Sales Audit departments.
2. Create process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Assist with reconciliation of daily cash deposits from sales collections to bank statements.
4. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Prepare reconciliation reports.
6. Document system flow and integration points related to the SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade.
7. Identify potential impacts of the system upgrade on existing processes.
8. Participate in testing and validation of new system functionalities.
9. Assist with month-end closing activities.
10. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Basic understanding of accounting principles.
8. Familiarity with SAP (preferred, but not required).

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on qualifications and location.
