1. Assist in monthly financial reporting, analyzing key trends, and preparing commentary on performance versus forecast and prior year.
2. Update forecasting and reporting files to ensure accurate business insights.
3. Support the team in gathering data for budget and forecast cycles, collaborating closely with different departments.
4. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
5. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including automation and streamlining reporting tasks.
6. Work with financial systems and tools to consolidate data for internal and global reporting.

1. Recently completed, or will have completed by July 2026, a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn financial reporting tools (Experience with Power BI is a plus).
3. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with financial and non-financial teams.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for the beauty and retail industry.

Beginner level experience, ideally suited for recent graduates or those nearing graduation in relevant fields.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
