1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting for retail and web operations across Sephora Europe.
2. Assist in monthly activity closure, including preparation of working files, consolidation of financial data, and variance analysis.
3. Support the finance team in forecasting and budgeting, ensuring data consistency and conducting variance analysis.
4. Create materials for monthly business finance presentations and executive committee meetings.
5. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support local teams and management, including investment portfolio tracking and product performance assessment.

1. Enrollment in a business school program (Master's level or equivalent).
2. Strong foundation in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in English.

A prior internship or similar experience in financial control or audit is preferred.

Master's degree in Business or related field (Bac+5).
