1. Integrate as a member of the OMNI finance team, participating in team meetings and contributing to financial management of OMNI initiatives.
2. Develop an understanding of Dotcom operational sales processes, including key performance indicators and revenue drivers.
3. Prepare and update reports on Sephora Dotcom, focusing on client experience, retention marketing, and participating in the month-end close process.
4. Analyze financial data related to OMNI channels, focusing on store landlord charges, beauty services performance, and retail operations costs.
5. Utilize financial systems such as Anaplan and SAP, and Excel to create financial reports and models.
6. Participate in ad-hoc projects to support the OMNI Finance team.
7. Present recommendations to Finance leadership and network with industry leaders and peers.
8. Engage with cross-functional teams in a collaborative culture.

1. 3+ years of undergraduate coursework in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Understanding of the Income Statement and financial concepts through coursework or prior experiences.

1. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, or willingness to learn.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Demonstrated values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour, subject to qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
