Sephora Field Manager

- Lead and optimize the Captains program through content creation, event organization, and community building.
- Drive sales growth in existing and new stores, ensuring successful product launches.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to manage retail activations and events.
- Define KPIs and set up performance management and reporting systems with Retail, Finance, and HR.
- Ensure effective communication with Captains and store teams, adapting communication styles as needed.
- Partner with Category Management, HR, and Retail for recruitment and onboarding of Captains.
- Enhance skills of Captains and BAs through collaboration with the Training team.
- Serve as the primary contact for SEPHORA Collection, providing support and guidance to store staff and Retail teams.
- Collaborate strategically with cross-functional teams to optimize in-store activations and ensure consistent training and communication.
- Strong understanding of store operations, people management, and retail dynamics.
- Proactive mindset with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to set objectives and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and seniority levels.
