- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, technical skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Coach retail teams on product categories, key SKUs, and service standards to enhance client experiences.
- Design and develop course materials and workshops to support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify and address training needs, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Conduct assessments and gather feedback to refine training programs.
- Collaborate with the Sephora Education Manager to ensure the successful implementation of core training programs.
- Facilitate in-store workshops and support brand partner activities to enhance staff engagement and product knowledge.
- Plan and communicate training schedules, maintaining strong relationships with retail teams and brand partners.
- Manage training administration, including reports, records, and communication across various platforms.
- 2+ years of experience in training within the makeup or skincare industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
A minimum of 2 years in a training role within the makeup or skincare industry, with experience in classroom and in-store training, coaching, or workshops.
