Sephora Field Coach - Makeup

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, technical skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Coach retail teams on product categories, hero SKUs, and service standards to enhance client experience.
- Design and develop course materials tailored to training needs and marketing strategies.
- Conduct post-training assessments and adapt programs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the Sephora Education Manager to ensure successful delivery of core training programs.
- Design and conduct workshops for new season launches and support brand partner activities.
- Plan and communicate training schedules, liaising with retail teams and brand partners.
- Maintain training records and administer reports and claims.
- Respond promptly to training-related communications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within the makeup or skincare industry.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build strong relationships with store teams, brand partners, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and supportiveness towards business needs.
- Strong work ethic and performance-driven attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel as required for training and coaching.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, including classroom, in-store, and workshop settings, within the makeup or skincare industry.
