Sephora Field Coach - Makeup

1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering product knowledge, technical skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
2. Coach retail teams on product categories, hero SKUs, and service standards to enhance client experience.
3. Design and develop course materials tailored to training needs and marketing strategies.
4. Conduct post-training assessments and adapt programs based on feedback.
5. Collaborate with the Sephora Education Manager to ensure successful delivery of core training programs.
6. Design and conduct workshops for new season launches and support brand partner activities.
7. Plan and communicate training schedules, liaising with retail teams and brand partners.
8. Maintain training records and administer reports and claims.
9. Respond promptly to training-related communications.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within the makeup or skincare industry.
2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
3. Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to build strong relationships with store teams, brand partners, and stakeholders.
5. Flexibility and supportiveness towards business needs.
6. Strong work ethic and performance-driven attitude.

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to travel as required for training and coaching.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, including classroom, in-store, and workshop settings, within the makeup or skincare industry.
