1. Instill the brand's DNA and values within cast members.
2. Plan and communicate in-store training schedules.
3. Facilitate product training, including new launches.
4. Conduct post-training assessments and monitor e-learning participation.
5. Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training.
6. Facilitate new hire onboarding programs.
7. Conduct training needs analysis as needed.
8. Lead a culture of in-store coaching using the SBI model.
9. Support Store Managers and HR on team performance and progress.
10. Ensure Sephora University is well maintained and ready for use.
11. Ensure timely distribution of training products to stores.
12. Assist with training reports for regional or country submission.

1. Retail experience with a passion for teaching and sharing.
2. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
4. Experience in a fast-moving environment is advantageous.
5. Rigorous, meticulous, motivated, and an autonomous self-starter.
6. Organized and able to meet deadlines.
7. Adaptable and flexible to new ideas, people, and procedures.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
9. Preference for soft skills training is an added advantage.
