SephoraField Coach

- Instill the brand's DNA and values within cast members.
- Plan and communicate in-store training schedules.
- Facilitate product training, including new launches.
- Conduct post-training assessments and monitor e-learning participation.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis as needed.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching using the SBI model.
- Support Store Managers and HR on team performance and progress.
- Ensure Sephora University is well maintained and ready for use.
- Ensure timely distribution of training products to stores.
- Assist with training reports for regional or country submission.
- Retail experience with a passion for teaching and sharing.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Experience in a fast-moving environment is advantageous.
- Rigorous, meticulous, motivated, and an autonomous self-starter.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible to new ideas, people, and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preference for soft skills training is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
