- Instill the brand's DNA and values within cast members.
- Plan and communicate in-store training schedules.
- Facilitate product training, including new launches, in collaboration with Category and Marketing teams.
- Conduct post-training assessments and monitor e-learning participation.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding programs.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching using the SBI model.
- Support Store Managers and HR on individual team member performance.
- Ensure Sephora University is well maintained and ready for classroom use.
- Administer training records, budget, and claims.
- Retail experience with a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
- Rigorous and meticulous mindset.
- Autonomous self-starter with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in accepting new ideas, people, and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Prior experience in a retail environment is essential, with a preference for those who have worked in fast-paced settings.
