Sephora Facilities Technician

1. Complete service tickets and work orders to ensure efficient workplace operations.
2. Conduct walkthrough inspections and perform event/meeting setups across 16 floors.
3. Manage department user moves and monitor office and kitchen supplies inventory.
4. Assist in vendor relationship management to maintain seamless operations.
5. Provide hands-on support including moving furniture and assisting with large shipments.

1. 1-5 years of experience in a Facilities Technician role or similar position.
2. Office Manager or Administrative experience is advantageous.

1. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
2. Strong technical knowledge, including MS Office proficiency and familiarity with office equipment.
3. Excellent communication skills with team members and business partners.
4. Professional attitude with customer service experience and willingness to learn new skills.

1-5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $32.48 - $36.31, with potential bonuses based on qualifications and experience.
