Sephora Facilities Supervisor

- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Direct assessment, repair, and documentation for equipment and facility maintenance.
- Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance activities for material handling equipment and HVAC systems.
- Anticipate and address potential facility and equipment issues in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.
- Maintain parts stock to ensure service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety standards.
- Conduct training for maintenance and facility management requirements.
- Provide training and guidance for Maintenance Team development.
- Ensure performance standards and safety compliance for Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation associates.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure work meets agreed terms.
- Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in facilities and maintenance supervision.
- Experience with Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance.
- Understanding of HVAC systems.
- Experience with OSHA safety regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out and fall protection.
- Welding and/or fabrication experience.
- Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- CFM certification or pursuit of certification is a plus.
- Formal training in electrical/electronic, technician, or mechanical millwright is a plus.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain motorized equipment and conveyors.
- Knowledge of standard maintenance practices.
- Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Time management and deadline adherence.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3 years in facilities and maintenance supervision, preferably in a distribution center or warehousing environment.
Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree preferred.
