1. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department.
2. Direct assessment, repair, and documentation for equipment and facility maintenance.
3. Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance activities for material handling equipment and HVAC systems.
4. Anticipate potential facility and equipment issues and develop proactive solutions.
5. Ensure maintenance department parts stock is maintained for operational efficiency.
6. Maintain compliance with OSHA and state-mandated safety standards.
7. Conduct training on maintenance and facility management requirements.
8. Provide training and guidance to enhance the skills of the Maintenance Team.
9. Ensure performance standards and safety compliance for Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation associates.
10. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work is performed as agreed.

1. Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree preferred or equivalent experience in facilities and maintenance supervision.
2. Experience in a Distribution Center or warehousing environment.
3. Experience with automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.
4. Understanding of HVAC systems.
5. Experience with OSHA safety regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out and fall protection.
6. Welding and/or fabrication experience.
7. Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge.

2. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain motorized material handling equipment.
3. Knowledge of standard maintenance practices.
4. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

3 or more years of experience in facilities and maintenance supervision, preferably in a Distribution Center or warehousing environment.

Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $78,000.00. Eligibility for bonuses is also available.
