1. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department.
2. Direct assessment, repair, and documentation for equipment and facility maintenance.
3. Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance activities for equipment and HVAC systems.
4. Anticipate and plan for potential facility and equipment issues.
5. Maintain parts stock to ensure service efficiency.
6. Ensure compliance with OSHA and state safety standards.
7. Conduct training for maintenance and facility management requirements.
8. Provide training and guidance to the Maintenance Team for skills enhancement.
9. Ensure performance standards and safety compliance for Maintenance Technicians and Sanitation associates.
10. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure work meets agreed terms.

1. Associate of Arts degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in facilities and maintenance supervision.
2. Experience with automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.
3. Understanding of HVAC systems.
4. Experience with Lock-out/Tag-out process and OSHA safety regulations.
5. Welding and/or fabrication experience.
6. Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge.

1. Project management skills.
2. Troubleshooting and maintenance on motorized material handling equipment.
3. Experience with automated storage and retrieval systems.
4. Knowledge of standard maintenance practices.
5. Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

3 or more years of experience in facilities and maintenance supervision, preferably in a Distribution Center or warehousing environment.

Associate of Arts degree preferred.
