Sephora Facilities Clerk

- Order and reorder parts for the maintenance department.
- Serve as a liaison between the maintenance manager and vendors.
- Close work orders and perform part sourcing and data entry.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and compare with records in Keep Trax.
- Document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
- Manage inventory data to ensure all parts relate to maintainable equipment.
- Provide administrative support for Keep Trax and act as a parts runner off-site.
- Coordinate receiving and stocking of items as necessary.
- Communicate daily with vendors to ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure all preventive maintenance and work orders are entered into Keep Trax.
- Communicate with purchasing and accounting to ensure paperwork is processed correctly.
- Manage departmental spending and report to the Maintenance Manager.
- Work with shift team leaders to ensure timely issuance of parts and completion of paperwork.
- Maintain an organized and fully stocked tool crib.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a parts store in a Maintenance Department.
- Understanding of how to organize, secure, and manage a successful parts room.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet production standards and service levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing priorities.
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
Minimum of 3 years in managing a parts store within a Maintenance Department.
Starting base pay is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
