1. Order and reorder parts for the maintenance department.
2. Serve as a liaison between the maintenance manager and vendors.
3. Close work orders and perform part sourcing and data entry.
4. Conduct physical inventory counts and compare with records in Keep Trax.
5. Document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
6. Manage inventory data to ensure all parts relate to maintainable equipment.
7. Provide administrative support for Keep Trax and act as a parts runner off-site.
8. Coordinate receiving and stocking of items as necessary.
9. Communicate daily with vendors to ensure timely ordering and delivery of parts.
10. Collaborate with planners to ensure all preventive maintenance and work orders are entered into Keep Trax.
11. Communicate with purchasing and accounting to ensure paperwork is processed correctly.
12. Manage departmental spending and report to the Maintenance Manager.
13. Work with shift team leaders to ensure timely issuance of parts and completion of paperwork.
14. Maintain an organized and fully stocked tool crib.
15. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

1. At least 3 years of experience managing a parts store in a Maintenance Department.
2. Understanding of how to organize, secure, and manage a successful parts room.
3. Good planning and organizational skills.

Minimum of 3 years in managing a parts store within a Maintenance Department.

Starting base pay is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
