Sephora Expansion Senior Manager

- Prepare a comprehensive 5-year Expansion Strategic Plan.
- Manage and control the annual budget for new store openings, including location and lease negotiations.
- Monitor monthly rent, common expenses, and other costs of existing stores, ensuring alignment with P&L.
- Develop extension protocols for existing locations and conduct feasibility studies, securing necessary overseas approvals.
- Determine the scope of renovations, prepare related budgets, and plan programs, obtaining senior management approvals.
- Oversee management and tender processes for openings and renovations, including contractor and consultant agreements.
- Coordinate layout, concept, and material details for openings and renovations, securing overseas approval.
- Track monthly and annual budgets.
- Ensure timely and proper maintenance operations for existing stores.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in expansion management.
- Strong background in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Knowledge of the beauty and fashion industry and modern consumer behavior analysis.
- Self-reliant and proactive with teamwork and independent work capabilities.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Business development and result delivery skills.
- Market intelligence and situational analysis.
A minimum of 10 years in expansion management, with a strong focus on the retail industry and proven people management skills.
