1. Prepare a 5-year Expansion Strategic Plan
2. Manage and control the annual new openings budget
3. Negotiate and manage all location/lease agreements
4. Track monthly rent, common expenses, and other costs of existing stores
5. Make extension protocols for existing locations and conduct feasibility studies
6. Determine the scope of renovations and prepare related budgets
7. Plan and coordinate renovation programs
8. Decide on management and tender processes for openings and renovations
9. Negotiate contractor/consultant agreements
10. Approve and coordinate layout and concept material details for openings and renovations
11. Track monthly and annual budgets
12. Ensure maintenance operations of existing stores are completed properly and on time

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in expansion
2. Strong experience in the retail industry
3. Strong experience in people management
4. Knowledge of the Beauty & Fashion System and modern consumer behaviors
5. Ability to work in a matrix organization
6. Change management and process improvement experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in expansion with strong experience in the retail industry and people management.
