Sephora Executive, Regional E-commerce Operations

- Execute daily front-end and back-end e-commerce operations to ensure seamless platform functionality.
- Identify and implement improvements for onsite operational excellence.
- Leverage tools and automation to create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and templates for regional and market operations.
- Monitor BPO operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct training sessions for market and BPO teams to share best practices and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of e-commerce campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to recommend enhancements for platform tools and workflows.
- Provide feedback and support for system migrations and feature enhancements.
- Support POC, pilot, and A/B testing initiatives to evaluate feature performance.
- Experience in e-commerce operations within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
- Passion for front-end e-commerce channel management and back-end operations processes.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
