Sephora Executive, Regional E-commerce Operations

- Execute daily front-end and back-end e-commerce operations.
- Identify and implement improvements for onsite operation excellence.
- Leverage tools and automation to create and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and templates.
- Monitor BPO operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Conduct training for market and BPO operation teams to optimize practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Data teams to enhance platform tools and workflows.
- Provide feedback and support for system and tool migrations and feature enhancements.
- Support POC, Pilot, and A/B testing initiatives to measure feature performance.
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
- Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive, resilient, and agile in driving digital transformation.
- Excellent team player.
