1. Report directly to the Chief Financial Officer of Sephora Brazil, overseeing Accounting, Tax, and Treasury departments.
2. Plan, organize, and supervise general controllership activities to ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and relevant legislation.
3. Manage the planning, development, and accuracy of short, medium, and long-term economic-financial plans.
4. Ensure compliance in all operational areas, including managing activities of both External and Internal Audits.
5. Coordinate accounting closure activities and liaise with the BP&A department to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
6. Act as a Business Partner to various departments, supporting and guiding initiatives and projects from a treasury, accounting, and tax perspective.
7. Engage with Sephora Global headquarters on Treasury, Taxes, and Consolidation matters.
8. Identify opportunities for working capital improvements and cost optimization, aligning with company administration.
9. Oversee the participation of relevant departments in various company projects.

1. Fluency in English
2. Solid knowledge of accounting (local standards and IFRS), treasury, and tax legislation (direct and indirect)
3. Experience in leadership roles and team development
4. Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in SAP being advantageous
5. Expertise in budgetary and cost control
6. Strong understanding of internal controls, process vision, and extensive experience with external audits
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools
