- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director of Greater China, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
- Organize and coordinate business meetings, prepare agendas, and compile meeting materials.
- Receive, register, and file internal and external correspondence, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events with minimal supervision.
- Serve as an internal liaison between the Managing Director and other organizational departments, as well as external agencies and government entities.
- Assist with various projects such as market research and business analysis.
- Compile monthly and annual reports.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as a secretary for senior executives in multinational companies, preferably within the retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree, with overseas experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Interest in the beauty industry and strong business acumen.
- Positive, proactive, and initiative-taking attitude.
- Fluency in French, English, and Mandarin, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
