Sephora Executive Assistant

- Manage and organize complex and demanding Microsoft Outlook calendars, ensuring alignment with senior leadership schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including catering, securing conference space, and communicating with attendees.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless execution of air travel, accommodations, and logistics.
- Process and review expense reports, ensuring compliance with T&E policies.
- Organize data and create presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide additional support or backup when required.
- 3-5 years of Administrative or Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in booking international and domestic travel.
- Adaptability to change in support structure based on business needs.
- Strong cross-functional team communication skills.
- Extensive experience in calendar management.
3-5 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant in a dynamic environment.
The target hourly pay for this position is $47.97 - $53.62 per hour, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
