Responsibilities
- Manage the complex and dynamic schedule of a Comex member and three of their direct reports
- Organize internal meetings with agendas
- Prepare and manage travel arrangements and budgets for the team
- Support direct team members
- Prepare and review expense reports
- Occasionally manage office and furniture needs
- Organize and prepare team seminars and events
- Welcome new employees and coordinate their office setup
- Coordinate specific projects related to Sephora Collection activities
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as office layout and events
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in executive assistance
