- Lead the planning, management, and execution of Sephora store grand opening events across the UK, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and localization for the UK market.
- Oversee logistical aspects of store openings, including vendor and agency management, venue selection, catering, and staffing, while adhering to UK regulations.
- Develop comprehensive event plans and budgets to generate awareness and excitement for the Sephora UK brand.
- Cultivate strategic cultural marketing partnerships that resonate with the UK market and amplify Sephora's brand values.
- Manage relationships with key charity partners, ensuring alignment on goals and effective collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership agreements with brands and organizations that align with Sephora's commitment to beauty, diversity, and cultural relevance.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns leveraging partnerships to drive brand awareness and embed Sephora in cultural conversations.
- Monitor UK cultural trends to identify emerging opportunities for Sephora.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing team to enhance in-store activation opportunities.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in event management, brand partnerships, or cultural marketing, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Proven track record of planning and executing high-profile events and impactful brand partnerships.
- Demonstrated passion for charity and DE&I initiatives.
- Strong network of contacts within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries in the UK.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative skills with a strong sense of aesthetics.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in event management, brand partnerships, or cultural marketing, ideally within the beauty or retail industry.
