Sephora Event and General Services Assistant

- Implement and manage the event calendar.
- Gather and address internal client needs related to events and general services.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of events and internal site animations in collaboration with service providers and the General Services Manager/Executive Assistant.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event preparation, including form creation, participant confirmation tracking, and management of quotes, invoices, and payments to service providers.
- Prepare internal communication materials.
- Monitor event progress and respond to employee needs.
- Support the General Services Manager in overseeing various service providers and handling intervention requests.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.
- Initiative, adaptability, and pragmatism.
- Team spirit, responsiveness, dynamism, and rigor.
- Diplomacy and autonomy.
- Proficiency in English.
- Interest in the beauty and luxury sector.
No specific experience required; however, an interest in the beauty and luxury sector is advantageous.
