Sephora Ethics & Compliance Assistant Intern

1. Support the Ethics and Compliance Department in implementing the Ethics and Compliance program across regions, including Code of Conduct, Gifts and Invitations, Conflicts of Interest, International Sanctions, and Third-Party Evaluations.
2. Contribute to updating the risk mapping for corruption and duty of care, identifying risk control measures and action plans.
3. Participate in the digitalization of various ethical and compliance processes.
4. Assist in creating and executing communication initiatives to promote an ethical and compliance culture, ensuring awareness of the professional alert system.
5. Conduct legal monitoring.

1. Enrollment in a top-tier business school or holding a Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Ethics & Compliance.
2. Professional proficiency in English.
