Sephora Equipment Operator

1. Operate various motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and company policies.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as required by business needs.
4. Maintain inventory control through the use of RF terminals.
5. Adhere to company safety, production, and service level standards.
6. Report safety violations and potential hazards to management.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other warehouse roles and assist maintenance projects as needed.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain required DOT certifications.
3. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment operating equipment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
