1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure safe operation of equipment by attaining necessary certifications and following safety protocols.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, as per business requirements.
4. Maintain adherence to company safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support inventory control and company operating systems.
6. Comply with all safety regulations and report any violations to management.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as needed.
8. Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Cross-train in other job functions and assist maintenance with equipment support when required.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

Beginner level experience in operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
