1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, and carts.
2. Attain required certification for safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders and perform tasks as directed by management, both with and without equipment.
4. Meet established safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
6. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
8. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as needed.
9. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
10. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance as needed.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with conventional distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Capability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Beginner-level experience with a preference for previous equipment operation in a warehouse setting.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay depending on work schedules.
