Sephora Equipment Operator

1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, and carts.
2. Attain and maintain certification in the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, to meet operational demands.
4. Adhere to company safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
6. Comply with all safety regulations and report any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance projects as required.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with eligibility for shift differential pay depending on the work schedule.
