1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain and maintain certification for safe operation of equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, as directed by management.
4. Adhere to safety standards and report any safety violations to supervisory personnel.
5. Comply with company loss prevention policies and procedures.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as required.
7. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
8. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance as needed.

1. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
3. Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Capability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Beginner level experience in operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
