The Mississippi Distribution Center is a pivotal part of Sephora's operations, ensuring efficient distribution and customer satisfaction.

1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, trucks, and carts.
2. Attain required certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and manually as needed, adhering to safety, production, and service standards.
4. Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
5. Comply with all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as required.
7. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service according to company standards.
8. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance as needed.
9. Ensure adherence to company Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain all job-required DOT certifications.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
