1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and obtain necessary certifications for equipment operation.
3. Process orders using equipment and manual methods as required by business needs.
4. Adhere to company safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Utilize RF terminals for inventory control and support company operating systems.
6. Report safety violations and comply with Loss Prevention policies.
7. Maintain flexibility in work schedule, including shift changes and overtime.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other job classifications and assist maintenance projects as needed.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain required DOT certifications.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for operating equipment safely.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour, with eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedule.
