1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures, including OSHA regulations.
3. Process orders efficiently, both with and without equipment, as required by business needs.
4. Utilize RF terminals for inventory control and company operating systems.
5. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
6. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
7. Cross-train in other job classifications and assist maintenance projects requiring equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.
3. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour. Certain schedules may qualify for shift differential pay.
