1. Operate various types of motorized and manual material handling equipment, including powered industrial trucks, walkie riders, hand jacks, trucks, and carts.
2. Attain required certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment or manually as needed, ensuring adherence to safety, production, and service standards.
4. Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
5. Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Comply with company loss prevention policies and procedures.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as required.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
9. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance projects requiring equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Capability to obtain necessary DOT certifications.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25 - $19.55 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
