1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Attain certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and perform tasks as directed by management.
4. Adhere to safety, production, and service level standards set by the company.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support operating systems and inventory control procedures.
6. Comply with safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other job classifications and assist maintenance with equipment support.

1. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
2. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
3. Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.

1. Strong motor coordination skills for safe equipment operation.
2. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
3. Positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
4. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
5. Ability to obtain required DOT certifications.

Previous experience in operating warehouse equipment is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
