1. Operate a variety of motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse distribution center operations.
2. Attain required certification for the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders using equipment and perform tasks as directed by management, adhering to safety, production, and service standards.
4. Operate RF terminals to support company operating systems and inventory control procedures.
5. Comply with all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
6. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including shifts and overtime as needed.
7. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally, in line with company standards.
8. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles and assist maintenance with projects requiring equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
3. Ability to obtain all job-required DOT certifications.

Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.55 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay.
