Sephora Equipment Operator

1. Operate various motorized and manual material handling equipment to support warehouse operations.
2. Achieve certification in the safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
3. Process orders with and without equipment as required by business needs.
4. Adhere to company safety, production, and service level standards.
5. Utilize RF terminals to support inventory control procedures.
6. Comply with all safety rules, policies, and regulations, reporting any violations.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality customer service internally and externally.
9. Cross-train in other non-equipment operator roles.
10. Assist maintenance projects requiring motorized equipment support.

1. Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.
2. Ability to obtain required DOT certifications.
3. Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.

Beginner level experience in operating equipment within a warehouse setting is preferred.

Starting base pay is $18.25-$19.55 per hour. Certain schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
